I just made slow cooker Honey Sesame Chicken last night for dinner. I was so excited to try it out after seeing a picture of it on Pinterest, so I looked up a few different versions of the recipe to make the perfect combo . . . and it didn't go so well. I was a little skeptical too when I saw how much honey was in there and that you are suppose to use ketchup too.
It turned out overly salty and way too sweet. I tried thinking of ways to fix the recipe to make it better next time, but I think this one is just going to have to go in the trash. Oh well!
